Producer, Director
Nicole Visco is a native Floridian who has had the stage as her home since the day she learned to speak and became a middle child. She has received her BFA in Acting from UCF as well as her MA in Musical Theatre from The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Nicole began working professionally as an artist almost 7 years ago where she was Veronica in the South Eastern premiere of Heathers: the Musical. Since, she has been performing all over the US as well in the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the Canada Fringe Festival Tour, and at Feinstein’s/ 54Below in NYC. She joined the New Generation Theatrical team as Producer in 2019 as well as a Director in 2022. Being a huge advocate for mental health, equality, and empathy, Nicole hopes to spread more awareness of these important issues through her craft as well as in her everyday life. It is important to bring love into our community at times such as these. She hopes to inspire others to do them same throughout the entire world, reminding everyone that "happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light".

Faith Boles is so excited to be apart of New Generation Theatrical! She received her BFA in Musical Theatre and Opera Performance from Shenandoah Conservatory of Music. Faith has worked as a professional actor for the past 20 years and has been a recipient of several Broadway World awards and nominations, as well as the ASCAP Irving Berlin Scholarship. Faith can be seen in various performance venues in the Orlando area, including The Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue, Finding Nemo: The Musical, and the Frozen Sing Along at Walt Disney World, as well as Universal Studios Orlando, The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, The Winter Park Playhouse, Mad Cow Theatre, Theatre at St Luke's, and Encore Performing Arts.
Creative Director
Michael Knight is a writer/actor/director local to Orlando Florida. He grew up in Mt. Pleasant Michigan and studied theater and education at Central Michigan University. Michael loves being an artist in central Florida, a community he has been apart of since 2012. Michael is a full time actor at Universal Studios, and has worked in entertainment in every major theme park in Orlando. However, creating and molding new art is where his true passion lies, and thus he has spent the last 10 years writing and directing several award winning new plays, as well as having the honor of helming shows for local Orlando theaters. The newest venture, New Generation Theatrical, is a culmination of everything Michael has dreamed of doing: Showcasing and creating new and groundbreaking work that challenges the convention of theater and providing an irreverent atmosphere where ANYONE can enjoy theater.
Company Manager
Stephanie Oliver was raised on Long Island New York. She studied dance under the direction of her mentors Lloyd Culbreath and Debbie Allen. She has been performing professionally since 6 years old, with her first performance being in Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade , Disney presents " 101 dalmations" She has been on 2 national tours, 1 international tour and has performed for all the major theme parks in Central Florida. She started her choreographer career during college in NY where she received her degree in dance studies, and has choreographed in 3 different states. She has decided to turn her career to "behind the table" to be part of the change she would like to see for the BIPOC community for equality in the arts.
Social Media Manager
Kayla Mraz is a Florida native who grew up on the Space Coast and found herself planting roots in Orlando. She received her Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies from University of Central Florida and her Master of Fine Arts in Media Design from Full Sail University. Kayla fell into the world of social media and hasn’t looked back. Throughout her time in the field she’s helped launch brands, design product lines, and rebrand existing channels. Outside of work Kayla is also a photographer of concerts, headshots, and most else in between. She also enjoys cosplaying, hanging out with friends, and playing with her dog.
Director of Philanthropy
Kristen Sheola has worked as an AEA actress in central Florida for more than 15 years. She has been seen onstage in many Walt Disney World classic shows such as Beauty and the Beast and the Hoop Dee Doo Revue, over in the Wizarding world and beyond at Universal Orlando and various local and regional theatres, most recently as Tessie Tura in Gypsy starring Jodi Benson. She has acted as Associate Director on several projects including the recent Spamalot at the Dr. Phillips Center with Encore Performing Arts. Kristen also teaches for Disney Imagination Campus as part of their “Broadway Magic” series.
Though New Generation Theatrical was formerly two other companies, Aaron Safer founded New Generation Theatrical on the basis of accessibility, equality, and unique theatre offerings. Through the years Aaron has redefined how shows can be offered, staging immersive offerings and creating a semi-immersive experience continued to be enjoyed today. While based in Orlando continues to support and produce live theatre and concert events all over the world.
